If you forgot your password, you can reset your password with a simple and quick process.
On the login page, click on "forgot password".
A dialog box will open. Then enter your email address (that is defined in your account).
The system will send a password recovery link to the email address within a few minutes.
If the system cannot find your user account by the email you entered, the following message will be displayed.
Make sure the email is correct. If you fail to recover your account, contact the ProperTime administrator in your organization and verify the email address listed for your account with them.
Please note that the recovery list sent to you is valid for a short period of time, therefore, you should complete the process by setting a new password.
