Explanation of Work profiles

Modified on Sun, 18 Jun, 2023 at 11:58 AM

go to -> management -> work profiles

work profiles appears in the next screen.

to Enter a certain work profile you need to click the button "Edit":

After Entering to the certain work profile you will see the next screen:

On the top of this screen you will see the salary profile  name (you can change the name if you want) and the calculation method ( daily or monthly)

In the work profile table you can choose the days and set the amount of the regular hours ( for example: on Sun, Mo, Tu, We, Th and Hol hamoed - 8.6 regular hours, it means Full day of work).

If you have extra hours you can set the hours on Overtime 1 (125%) and Overtime 2 (150%).

Absence report on a non-standard day

You have to mark a V in the square in the relevant line in every relevant salary agreement, valid only if a standard is defined for any days of the week.

If no standard is defined for any day of the week, the section is not relevant

Reporting attendance on a non-standard day

The default is that the line is marked so that attendance can be reported even on a day without a standard

If you want to block the possibility for the employee to report attendance on a non-standard day, you need to uncheck it

Very important to save the changes in the end.
